Smart Training was founded in 2002 and since then has been successfully active on the Cluj market, but also in other important Romanian cities: Bucharest, Timisoara, Alba-Iulia, Satu Mare, Baia Mare, Oradea, Zalau, Targu Mures, Botosani, Suceava, Bistrita, Sibiu, etc.
Our main objective was to provide professional training services at international standards, and to contribute to the development of our clients’ businesses. The success of our training programs encouraged us to expand our services portfolio, at the request of our clients.
Today, our services also include: personnel recruiting and selection, professional performance evaluation, psychological evaluation, job description elaboration, business consultancy. Our efforts are always aimed at finding the best solutions for our clients.
